At Bare Hair, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. We ship across the entire Europe and worldwide.

Important Notice

  • Do not book hair appointments until you have received and inspected your order.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, customs, weather, or public holidays.
  • No Sunday dispatches.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship / In-Stock: Dispatched within two business days.

Custom & Pre-Orders: 21–32 business days processing before dispatch. Once processed, shipped within two business days.

UK Shipping

  • Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £500.
  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail, DPD, EVRI, UPS): 1–2 working days from dispatch.
  • All UK orders are tracked. Tracking details emailed upon dispatch.

European Shipping

  • DHL, UPS, or FedEx International: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • We ship across the entire EEA and wider Europe.
  • All shipments are tracked. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

USA & Canada

DHL, UPS, or FedEx International: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch. Tracked service.

International (Rest of World)

DHL, UPS, or FedEx International: typically 7–11 working days from dispatch.

Shipping currently includes UAE, Nigeria, South Africa, and expanding coverage.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If fees are unpaid, parcels may be returned or destroyed.
  • Returned parcels may incur deductions for shipping and handling.
  • Seized or destroyed parcels are non-refundable.

Incorrect Mailing Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot refund or reship items marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
